Online submission can be performed using any one of the options shown below. However, if you want the color of your illustrations to be reproduced precisely, then you must also send us a hard copy of these figures, so that we can reproduce them in accordance with your wishes. One of the difficulties with submitting figures online only, is that your monitor may be configured differently to ours, and thus we may not see the same colors that you intend. Nevertheless, if precise color reproduction of your images is not vital, you can submit these online only by: 

1. E-mail attach. (Each individual file should be no larger than approx. 2 Mb). Attach each file (text.doc, fig1, fig2 etc.) to an individual mail and send to ijdb@lg.ehu.es.

2. FTP (file transfer protocol). (For files larger than 2 Mb). If you wish to use this option, request a password from our Editorial Office. Notify the Editorial Office by e-mail once you have transferred your files to our site, so that your files can be retrieved. Do NOT include spaces in filenames.

All files can be transferred using FTP with either:
- FTP software (e.g. "Fetch" or "FileZilla"): Server ftp.ehu.es. Enter the user and password supplied upon request.

- Web browser (e.g. "Internet Explorer", "Firefox", etc.): Files should be FTPed to ftp://username_provided@ftp.ehu.es Enter the password supplied upon request. Simply drag the files to the corresponding browser window and they will be copied to our site.
