Vol. 54 No. 4 (2010) pp.555-760

Cover legend

Expression of the chick Endoglin gene (CD105) at pre-circulaton stage HH10, when the primary embryonic vasculature is being formed. Cells undergoing active transformation from endothelial progenitors to morphologically distinct endothelial cells are strongly positive for Endoglin. Differentiated endothelial cells are negative for Endoglin. For further details, see article by Alev et al. (pp. 737-742) in the present issue.
